Well, we don't have a real pretty one or anything, and if you want to try and make one we'll gladly take suggestions, but for now we'll use this:
-Available Ranks-
All ranks but Hokage and Raikage are open. Only need to be a moderately good roleplayer for a high rank, it's a casual roleplay.
-Plot-
The Leaf is still at it's high point, although they've lost the last Uchiha. However, things are set for change. With new kage's rising up left, right and centre, the 5 great nations are in a bit of a struggle. Alliances are becoming harder to form while people get used to the changes, and the Akatsuki are becoming harder and harder to trace due to the confusion. So even if the villages are strong, they're in a fairly weak position at this point in time.
With rogues and other enemies having the upper hand, it's going to be your choice to decide who you want to aid. Do you want to help the villages get back on their feet? Or do you want to become part of the others who are taking advantage of their confusion? It's your choice, but one thing's for sure. Once you've made up your mind, you can't look back.
